DAY 5 Tuesday, 10th April
-School Days-
We got woken up by a rooster. How civilised. Well I guess it’s only a small town of 1 million people *in case you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic*. I’m so tired right now. The beds in China are like rocks! No seriously! My friend jumped on it and now he has a bruise!!!
Even though our time at home wasn’t so great, school today was a lot of fun, especially the senior school. I got like a gazillion emails. They taught us some cool kung fu moves… better watch out hoo haa!

After senior school, there was primary school. Everybody rushed out of their classes and waved and screamed at us. There were more fireworks!
this kid kept on jumping in my photos LOL
-Macazzzzz-
For dinner, our host family took us to Macdonald’s because they thought that we love it. I hate Maca’s. It’s horrible and greasy and even thinking about it makes my heart hurt. Yet again I find another thing that is generally associated with westerners. It seems as if the rest of the world thinks we are fat, drunk people who drink too much. Actually, we pretty much are…
Later that evening, we went for a walk in the local park. Of course their car had broken down earlier that day, so to get there, they put us in a taxi by ourselves. It was totally freaky! We got there before them and some rando guy on a motorbike was asking us if we wanted a lift. A lift to where? We just got out of a taxi! What a jerk. That park was seriously weird. We also ran into a bunch of drunks and one of them fell in a bush haha.

-China People have Bad Music Taste-
We didn’t go to bed until late because we stayed up watching the Chinese music channel. It sucked. There was this song called ‘Marry Me Tonight.’ Like seriously, who even does that? I probably should go and ask Jolene and DT since they’re the ones who wrote it. Apparently they’re ‘in the house.’ Watevs good night
